Mature course that is getting partially devoloped

Mature course that is getting partially devoloped. Pro shop is small and maybe not really there; not sure how the rest of the clubhouse is. Mature trees and some holes had some tight amd positional layouts. Loved the focus 8 hole island green at 115. This course originally had 36 holes and they sold off land for one of the 18s so the back 9 is a little messed up on holes 10 and 11 to get around. Few greens needed some work. And then when you get to hole 18 that your tee shot is going right back up where people are going down for hole 10. Greens played pretty good. Water traps could've been cleaned up some. Fairways cut well but rough a little long that it was hard to find shots. Overall not a bad course if it was cleaned up a touch more and the back 9 layout gets fixed.
